This six day, 75-hour National Outdoor Top Rope Instructor
Certification Course, will be the most intensive and most thorough Outdoor Top
Rope Instructor Training and Certification Course offered in the country. This
course will completely prepare each course graduate to properly and safely
handle every facet of managing a group safely in an outdoor top rope setting.
This course is designed to show each top rope instructor how to totally
eliminate the numerous risks in top rope climbing so that they can take groups
top rope climbing and rappelling for a lifetime and never have a single accident
or injury. This course is designed for beginning, intermediate to experienced
climbers who wish to gain more confidence and proficiency with the many issues
related to selecting, establishing and managing a top rope climbing site.

charged with overseeing an organized group of students, scouts, or campers, this
intense course will focus on all aspects of protecting and maintaining both the
